Delete Your Carina Account
Account deletion is handled in the app — this page walks you through it.
You can permanently delete your Carina account and associated data directly from the app. Account deletion isn't available on the web — follow the steps below from your device.
How to delete your account
- 1. Open the Carina app and sign in
- 2. Go to Settings
- 3. Tap Account
- 4. Tap Delete Account
- 5. Confirm the deletion when prompted
What happens to your data
- Your profile, login credentials, and saved addresses are deleted immediately upon confirmation.
- Order history and payment records may be retained for up to 7 years for tax and accounting purposes.
- Payment information is processed and stored by Stripe, our payment processor, per their privacy policy.
Retention periods reflect standard tax and accounting recordkeeping requirements and may vary based on applicable law.
